Alice Mary Hansen

Alice Mary Hansen, 82, of Bloomfield, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 28, 2024. She was a proud lifelong resident of Bloomfield. She loved sharing her memories of the great times she had growing up with her brother, cousins and old friends from the neighborhood. She was a lifetime parishioner of St. Valentine's Church. She loved living a simple life meeting her cousins out to laugh and spending summers at Ortley Beach with her children and grandchildren.

She was a devoted mother to her five children and is predeceased by her loving husband Henry Richard Hansen Jr. and her parents Alice and Raymond Glowczynski. She is survived by her brother James Glowczynski (Dorothy) and her five children and grandchildren Mary Terese (Michael) Fletcher, Kathleen (Elvin) Arvelo, Alissa (Michael) Gonnella, Michael (Nicole) Hansen, Christine (Charles) Moran. She was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchild Elizabeth, Mary Margaret, Michael, Olivia, Chloe, Alexander, Eva, Charlotte, Amelia, Henry, and Claire and asked to see them until the very end of her life. She was a best friend and special cousin to Maryanne Witkos. She will be missed by all who loved her.

Visitation on Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home, 44 Bay Ave., Bloomfield, NJ.  Valet Parking will be available at the Funeral Home.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, June 3, 2024 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at St. Valentine Church, Bloomfield, followed by interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Bloomfield.
