Angel Luis Perez

Angel Luis Perez passed away peacefully on October 20, 2022, at the age of 77. He battled cancer for 5 years and never gave up until the end. Throughout it all, he kept his humor and will to live his life his own way.

He was born in Puerto Rico and moved to New York City at the age of 2 and lived all his life there. He met his wife, Maria Mercedes Perez, and started a beautiful family of 9 children. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother who was always there for his entire family.

He was a man of God who believed that his family should always stick together. He always encouraged his kids to love one another and to believe in God. He was loved by all his family and friends. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Union Funeral Home.

Mausoleum Entombment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery, Union.
