Anna Bondar of Bloomfield passed away on August 11, 2013 at the home of her niece, Gail. She was 96 years of age. Visiting hours are 6pm to 9pm on Thursday August 15 at Levandoski Funeral Home 44 Bay Avenue in Bloomfield. Please visit www.levandoskifuneralhome.com for additional information. Her funeral will begin at 9am on Friday morning at the funeral home. Her funeral service will be at 10am in Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church 35 Orange Ave. in Clifton N.J. 07013.Interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield. Dear sister of Alice Ambrose and the late Paul Bondar, Nettie Bondar and Peter Bondar. She is survived by her nieces Paula Bondar-Wiley, Gail Bondar and Maria Clingan. Great Aunt of Paula Renee Wiley, Christopher Wiley, Rachell Ercolino and Paul Ercolino. And her special feline friend Tino. She was a past member of the Newark "R" Club. Panikhida will take place on Thursday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church would be preferred.
