Anna was the beloved wife of the late John; devoted mother of the late John Bohdan Kadylak and Mary Anna Kleban and her husband, Myron; loving grandmother of Mary and Peter Kleban and dear aunt of Maria Lysczk and family. She is also survived by various family in Ukraine and Poland.
