Annette Koval

Annette Koval (Granny), of Union, NJ, passed away at the age of 99 on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at her Union residence. She was born in Pennsylvania and lived there for many years before moving to New Jersey. There, she worked as the head chef in the Board of Education Newark School district. She was married to Michael Koval (deceased) and had two daughters, Dolores D'Achille and Arlene Casale. Dolores D'Achille and her husband Paul have two sons Michael and Christopher. Arlene Casale and her husband Gerardo (deceased) have three daughters Kimberly Casale, Denise DelleDonne (Casale), and Jeralyn Casale, and one son Ralph Casale (deceased). Between both daughters Annette had nine great grandchildren: David, Diana, Nicole, CJ, Jenna, Debra, Crystal, Anthony and Kayla. Annette lived a long and blessed life and was surrounded by her loving family. There was no doubt that she lived every day with god by her side and was an inspiration to her family that misses her dearly. There will be a brief viewing on Tuesday at 1:30 pm at Hollywood Cemetery in Union, NJ on Stuyvesant Avenue. In lieu of flowers, her family kindly requests consideration in donating money to your favorite charity. May she rest in peace.
