Anthony Rosado, affectionately known as "The Hulkster," passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 64, at University Hospital in Newark. Born in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, to the late Antonio and Ramona Rosado, Anthony spent most of his life in Newark before settling in Belleville eight years ago.
Anthony had a deep love for music, especially freestyle, and had a knack for caring for and maintaining cars. He found joy in cheering for his beloved team, the Dallas Cowboys, and indulging in his passion for wrestling. Known for his outgoing and friendly nature, Anthony was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Marlene Rosado, and is survived by his daughters, Brittany Rosado and Angelina Rosado, along with his grandchildren, Antonio, Joshua, and Jaxon Rosado, as well as Josiah and Kehlani Galarza. He is also survived by his loving sister, Olga Rosado, and his nephews and their families, Moises Jr., Juan, and David Torres, in addition to numerous cousins and friends.
A viewing will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home, 44 Bay Ave., Bloomfield, NJ. A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church, 155 William St., Belleville, NJ. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery, Kearny.
Anthony will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.
