Audrey Caroline Amend

AUDREY C. AMEND Audrey C. Amend, 90, of Gulfport, Mississippi passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at home with her son Jerry and her daughter-in-law Pauline by her side. Born in Newark, New Jersey she was a resident of Maplewood and Landing before moving to Gulfport, Mississippi almost 30 years ago. Ms. Amend worked for The Mennen Company in Morristown, New Jersey prior to her retirement. She is survived by her son Jerry Amend, Sr. and his wife Pauline of Gulfport Mississippi, and daughter Maureen Brown and her husband Ray of Wake Forest, North Carolina; two grandsons, Jerry, Jr. and Daniel Amend. Audrey was predeceased by her father and mother, James and Madeline Sherry, her three brothers, Joseph (Buzz), Edward and Robert (Buddy), and her three sisters, Madeline, Eleanor and Peggy. Interment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park and Cemetery Union, New Jersey. Audrey was a kind soul, a loving mother and will be missed profoundly.
