Aurelia "Rita" Stypulkoski

Aurelia A. "Rita" Stypulkoski (nee: Cozzini), 93 of Bloomfield, entered into eternal life on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the Villa at Florham Park.  Born September 28, 1926 in Italy, to the late Tranquillo Cozzini & Brigida Beltrami, she lived in Bloomfield and Denville before moving to The Villa in Florham Park.  Early in life she was employed as a bookkeeper for Walter Kidde Corporation in Belleville. It was there she met her husband, the late Joseph.  They were parishioners of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish from 1956-2013.  She retired in 1992 as a Para Medical Assistant with the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Newark. She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph J. Stypulkoski and her siblings; Nello, Sr. Vilma, Rev. Robert & Rev. Dorino Cozzini. She is the beloved mother of John & his partner, Frances, Tom & his wife, Christina, Denis J. & his wife, Denise.  Loving grandmother of Joseph J., Michael D., Matthew M., Kayla N., Kevin T., Corinne N. & great-grand daughter, Gianna N. Visitation will be held Friday morning, December 27, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 60 Byrd Ave., Bloomfield.   Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Bloomfield.
