Baltazar Ortiz Guaman

Baltazar Ortiz Guaman, 71 of Union, entered into eternal rest on October 1, 2021 at St Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, NJ. Born in Canar, Ecuador on April 16, 1950 he came to the US in 1984 settling in Irvington at first and then in Union. He was a retired Chef, last employed with Don's Diner in Irvington. He retired in 2016. He is survived by his loving wife, Maria (nee: Aguaza), beloved children; Gerardo, Erikson, Carlos, Nube & Rosa Ortiz, 11 wonderful grandchildren and two siblings; Rosario Tancala of West Orange & Herlinda Ortiz in Ecuador. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Visitation also on Friday, October 8, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Mausoleum Entombment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
