Ira was the son of the late Louis and Helen Liebman and the brother of the late Robert, Allen and Norman Liebman. He is survived by nephew Jason Liebman and his wife, Lisa, nieces Nicole Frizziola and Michelle Begonja and great nephews, John Begonja, Daniel Begonja and Jordyn Frizziola. Ira was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He retired in 1998 from Waste Management in Elizabeth where he served as traffic coordinator.
