Carmela Ricci

Carmela Ricci, 62 of Bayonne, formerly of Jersey City, entered into eternal rest at her residence. Born in Jersey City to the late Vitale Marto & Carmela "Millie" (nee: Rocco), she lived most of her life in downtown Jersey City before moving to Bayonne. She worked as a freelance hairstylist. Carmela had many friends, most notable were her gals at the VIP Diner and downtown Shoprite Metroplaza. She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph and is survived by cousins and friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 9th from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 344 Sixth St., Jersey City, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
