Carroll Polacek age 84 of West Orange died on Sunday April 5, 2015 at St Barnabas Hospital Livingston, NJ. Born in Glen Ridge Carroll lived in West Orange for many years. Carroll was a tool & Die maker for Kellogg, in Morristown. prior to that he was a model maker for Lumas Corp, he was also a member of NRA for many years. Carroll is survived by his nephew John Gavora and his niece Jean Gavora.
