It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Chandrowti (Jean) Chin -Sam, on Sunday September 2 , 2018 . A beloved wife mother and grandmother who enjoyed raising her family and taking care of her home. Jean is survived by her beloved husband of more than 50 years Cecil, her loving children Derek, Peter and his wife Erika, Paul and his wife Danielle, and Brian, and her dear grandchildren.
