Christopher J. Barra, Sr.

Christopher J. Barra, Sr., lifelong resident of Bloomfield, passed away on July 13, 2018 at the age of 40. Surviving to cherish his memory is a son Christopher J. Barra, Jr. (C.J.); his parents Louis W. Barra and Arleen D. (nee Ooms) Barra; a brother Robert L. Barra & his wife Laura; niece Amanda Barra and a nephew Anthony Barra. Chis enjoyed bike riding, especially with his son C.J., from the time when C.J. would ride with Chris on his bike in a child seat until the time that C.J. rode his own. The countless hours of bike riding Christopher did with his son were invaluable. The other priceless time spend with C.J. was playing video games. Memorial visitation and services will be at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 44 Bay Avenue, Bloomfield on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
