Deborah J. Kaminski, 64 of Totowa formerly of Jersey City, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, August 24th after a courageous battle with cancer. A graduate of Ferris High School, Jersey City, she was the owner & operator of Zig Zag Hair Design of Jersey City & Summit. Debbie enjoyed life, she loved cooking, blogging and painting. She was a phone call away for the perfect recipe. She enjoyed golfing at both the Boca Country Club (Florida) & Anthem Country Club (Nevada). Her fun loving and upbeat personality is sure to be missed by all who loved and supported her. She is predeceased by her parents; William & Josephine (nee: Mari) Kaminski. She is the cherished mother of Danielle DiGirolamo & Salvatore & Brittany DiGirolamo, loving companion of Robert Ortense, beloved sister of Louise & Jay Serco, George & Cheryl Kaminski, Frank Kaminski & Kenny Kaminski & Lori (Romaniak). Debbie loved and adored her grandchildren; Julia, Charlie, Cole, Cain & Mattea. She was rarely seen without her faithful companion, Ruby Tuesday in her arms. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 25th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sunday, August 26th from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 44 Bay Ave., Bloomfield, NJ. (Additional parking located on Broughton Avenue). Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Monday, August 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 344 Sixth St., Jersey City, NJ. Cremation Service to follow at Rosedale Crematory, Orange, NJ. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to St. Judes Children Research Hospital in her memory.
