Douglas Durgie
August 18, 1924 — January 1, 2013
Douglas was the beloved husband of the late Edith. He was a long term member and supporter of the 1st and 2nd Reformed Church of Irvington. He also volunteered for and supported the AT&T Pioneers and many animal causes. Douglas was a World War II Army Veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a member of the VFW. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the 2nd Reformed Church, 132 Elmwood Ave, Irvington, NJ 07111 would be appreciated.
