Edward P Werner age 91 of Colonia NJ, died on Tuesday January 23, 2018 at JFK Medical Center Edison. . Born in Newark, where he lived for many years he also lived in Union and the last 8 months in Colonia. Edward was a member of Ironworkers Local 545 and a life time member of VFW Post 5445 and the American legion Post 1000, Former member of Hydra A.C, 20th Century A.C, Lincoln YMA, Diana A.C and Club Belvidere. Edward served in the Army during WWII. Son of the late Frank and Mary Werner and brother of the late Elizabeth Zegler and Stephen Werner and Uncle of the late Walter and Edward Zegler, Edward is survived by his 2 nieces Donna Perez and her husband James and Joanne Corallo and his nephew John Zegler
