Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service on Friday July 6, 2012 at 11:00am at the Union Funeral Home Lytwyn & Lytwyn 1600 Stuyvesant Ave Union, NJ followed by a entombment at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Born in Newark Betty live in Irvington for the last 54 years. she was a phone operator for verizon for 26 years retiring in 1992.Betty was a member of the Phone Pioneers of America.Beloved wife of the late Edward. Betty is survived by her loving children Elizabeth Lydon, Lynne, Linda Mayer and Edward Jr, and 9 grandchildren. Betty was a loving, caring, and devoted mother, a friend to all animals.
