Frances B Anderson

Frances B. Anderson, 89 of Bloomfield, entered into eternal rest on February 25th at Mountainside Hospital. Born February 20, 1927 in Passaic to the late William & Agnes Blomquist, she lived in Bloomfield since 1952. For 30 years, she worked as a saleswoman for Best Brothers Paints of Clifton & Wayne, retiring in 1994. Frances led a very active life. She was a member of the Senior Citizen's of Montclair, the Verona Seniors, St Thomas the Apostle Women's Group, the Red Hat Club and Verona Lunch Bunch. She loved to travel, many times with members of these groups on Bus Trip both day trips and cross country. She also played cards every Friday afternoon in Verona. Above all, she loved and cherished her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Anderson (1995) & her 5 siblings. She is the beloved mother of Karen & John Spatola, William & Linda Anderson, John & Edith Anderson & Charlotte & Gennaro Custode. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, nieces nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 29th from 4:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 44 Bay Ave., Bloomfield, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held at 7:30 p.m., officiated by Rev. Dr. Gary Wetzel. Cremation Services will be held privately.
