Frank J Simone age 92 of Union died on Saturday June 1, 2013 at Trinitas Hospital Elizabeth, NJ. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral on Thursday June 6 at 9;15am at the Union Funeral Home Lytwyn & Lytwyn 1600 Stuyvesant Ave, Union followed by a mass at 10:15am at St Michael's Catholic Church Union, and entombment at Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Born in Newark Frank lived in Union for many years. Frank was a Furniture refinisher for Sears department store for over 50 years he was also a usher at St Michaels Church. Frank served in the Army during WWII. he was also a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus council 44504 and the VFW Kelly post 2433, the St Michael's senior club and the Golden age club of Union. beloved husband of the late Mary Anne Frank is survived by his loving children Larry, and Diane Rizzo and her husband Michael, and a sister Rita Egner.
