Gabriella Guglielmo

Gabriella Guglielmo, 87 of Bloomfield, entered into eternal life on December 4th at Allendale Nursing Home. Born in Brooklyn, she lived most of her life in Bloomfield. She was a retired School Teacher of the Bloomfield Board of Education, where she taught for 27 years at the Brookdale School. She was a member of the NJEA & the Bloomfield Retired Teachers Association. An active parishioner of St. Valentine's Church, Gabriella was also; Past President of the St. Vincent's Ladies Auxiliary, a Lector, Eucharistic Minister & Baptismal Minister. She is predeceased by her husband, Silvio "Sil" Guglielmo and her sister, Marie Mauriello. Surviving to cherish her memory are her children; Claudia Guglielmo & her husband Frank, & Alysa Ploghoft, her siblings; Bernadette Manno & Frank Mauriello, her beloved grandchildren; Steven & Samantha Guglielmo & Timothy Ploghoft. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 8th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. & 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 44 Bay Ave., Bloomfield, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Valentine Church on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. (No visitation Wednesday morning). Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, kindly make donations to the American Lung Association.
