George Olesnicki, 91, passed away peacefully in Chandler, Ariz., on June 9, 2014, with his daughter, Annette, and his former wife, Lucyna, at his side. The son of Fedir and Sophia Olesnyckyj, he was the last survivor of four brothers. Surviving are his son, Alexander Olesnicki; his daughter, Annette Bouw with her husband, Freek Bouw; his grandson, Ryan Puorro, and his former wife, Lucyna, as well as a large extended family. f
