Geraldine Dinardo

Geraldine Dinardo, 103 of Newark, entered into eternal life on January 6th. Born April 25, 1912 in Belleville, to the late John Ciccone & Raffaela Cassale, she was a lifelong resident of Newark's northward. She was employed for over 30 years at Eastern Paper Box Co. retiring at the age of 62. A resident of Branch Brook Park Manor, Geraldine was a very active person. She often enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City, playing BINGO and going to Church. She is remembered as a woman who always helped people and never turned any one away. She is predeceased by her husband, Furio Dinardo & her two sons, Joseph & John & 9 siblings. She is survived by her children; Mary Lipani (Joseph), Ersilia Contugo (Alfred), Ernest (Doris) & Furio, Jr. She is also the proud and loving grandmother of 15 grand children & 21 great-grand children. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 11th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 44 Bay Ave., Bloomfield, NJ. The Funeral will begin on Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home, thence to St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville for a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
