Harold J. Kusang

Harold J. Kusang, 90 of West Orange, formerly of Bloomfield, entered into eternal rest on September 12th at St Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. Born April 6, 1925 in Scranton, Pa. to the late Rose Ella Gilson & John Kusang, he lived most of his life in Bloomfield. He had worked for CPC Corn Products, General Motors & Merck before his retirement. He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh. He enjoyed listening to Perry Como, whistling, taking trips to Atlantic City and Pa, going to the park and movies with his kids. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates Fan. He is the beloved husband of the late Christine M. (nee: Florenzo - 2006), cherished father of John, Roselle Egan & her husband, Michael, & Pauline M. Borys, loving brother of Marie R. Simms, & dearest uncle of Matt Simms, Sandra Galick, Glennis Deal and grandniece Arianna, all from Maryland. The family would like to thank the staff of The Cliffs in West Orange and also St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston for their loving care. Visitation will be held on Wednesday morning, September 16th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A Catholic Prayer Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Graveside services will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
