Helen Regina Grigonis

Mrs. Helen R. Grigonis (nee Barrett) a former Bloomfield resident passed away in Newark on March 17, 2015 at the age of 97. Visiting hours are 4pm to 7pm on Sunday March 22 at Levandoski Funeral Home 44 Bay Avenue Bloomfield. Visit levandoskifuneralhome.com for on line condolences and other information. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home at 11am on Monday morning. The interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Bloomfield. Helen was the wife of the late Ralph Grigonis and the late Herb Carswell. Mother of Ralph Grigonis Jr., David Grigonis, Thomas Carswell, Joanne Wysocki and the late Steven Grigonis. Sister of the late Richard Barrett. She is survived by 9 grand children and 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She had worked as an Accountant for Hahnes Department Store in Newark many years ago. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be preferred.
