Hilda Perez Francis

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Hilda Perez Francis. She left this world suddenly on October 17, 2022 at the age of 69. She was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend.

Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, she came to the United States at the age of 19 where she met her loving husband, Ricardo Francis, soon thereafter. Married in New Jersey in 1978, they most recently celebrated their 44th anniversary and enjoyed a lifetime of great memories together.

She was the beloved mother of Roger (Priscilla) and Jazmine (David), and proud grandmother of Daniel, Naylani, Joshua and Emani.

Hilda loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. She was also a skilled fashionista and filled her home with an impressive collection of clothes, shoes, and accessories.

Predeceased by her beloved mother Francia, and brother Franklin, Hilda is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, brother (Carlos) and father (Manuel).

She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

A celebration of Hilda’s life will be held at the Union Funeral Home - Lytwyn & Grillo

1600 Stuyvesant Avenue, Union, NJ, on Sunday, October 23rd, beginning at 2 p.m. through 6 p.m.
