In the gentle embrace of time, we reflect upon the radiant life of Mrs. Jacqueline Kwakai Quartey-Kumi, a soul whose presence illuminated our world with love, laughter, and boundless compassion.

Jacqueline Kwakai Quartey- Kumi was born in Accra on the 11th of June 1977 to Mr. Quintin Quartey and Mrs. Winifred Ekua Quartey, both of blessed memory.

She was the last of four siblings between the couple. From the earliest days, she possessed an indomitable spirit and a heart overflowing with kindness. Kwakai had her primary education at Ridge Church School and continued with her Secondary School education at the Winneba Secondary School. After her secondary education, she pursued her passion for catering at Flare Catering School in Accra. A couple of years later, she travelled to the United States to join her sister and brother. She worked as an Operational Manager at Bank of America and subsequently at Chase Bank as the Assistant Branch Manager.

She was married to Mr. Patrick Kumi and they were blessed with six adorable children. Kwakai was the life and soul of every gathering be it family or social. She had been ill for some time and got called home peacefully on the 19th of March 2023. You will be forever cherished and deeply missed by all of us.

Visitation on Friday, May 24th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 25th - 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home.

Burial to follow at Hollywood Cemetery, Union.
