Janina was the beloved wife of Leonid; the devoted mother of Robert Jakobczuk and his wife Susan, Dr. Rose Jakobczuk-Seda and her husband Dr. Gilbert Seda, Elizabeth Jakobczuk and her husband Jerry Karach and Dean Jakobczuk and his wife Diane; the loving grandmother of Lara, Ian, Lauren, Michael and Emily Jakobczuk and the dear sister of Eugene Wojnicz, Weronika Kurman and Maria Dobek. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Ukrainian Evangelical Assembly of God Needy Fund, 2208 Stanley Terrace, Union, NJ 07083 would be appreciated.
