Jaroslaw "Jerry" Losowy, 83, of Hammond, IN passed away on March 14, 2016. He was born in Brodie, Ukraine and moved to New Jersey when he was 17. He served in the US Army. He moved to Indiana in 1984. Jerry had 3 daughters, Janine Levenberg, Jody Banko & Jerilyn Losowy. He had a grandson Tom and a great granddaughter Sarah.
