Jennie Gavasci (nee: D'Avella), 90 of Bloomfield, entered into eternal life at home on Sunday, May 28th. Born in Newark, she lived in Bloomfield for the past 50 years. She was a homemaker, devoted to her family. She is predeceased by her husband, Elio (2008), her son Joseph and siblings; Ben D'Avella & Rose Porcaro. She is the cherished mother of Vincenza Reczynski, Phyllis Gerber, Anthony & David Gavasci. She is also the proud and loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 1st from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 44 Bay Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home, thence to St. Valentine Church for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass.
