Jerry Charles Masin

Mr. Jerry C. Masin, a former resident of Bayonne, passed away on October 6, 2014 at the age of 93. Visiting hours are 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm on Thursday October 9 at Levandoski Funeral Home 44 Bay Avenue Bloomfield. His funeral service will begin at 9am at the funeral home on Friday morning. His funeral mass will be at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield at 10am. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Jerry was the beloved husband of the late Adele B. Masin. Loving father of Jeremiah "Jerry" J. Masin (his wife Nora) and Maryann Garner (her husband Bruce). Brother of the late Anthony Masin, Emily Kitchen and Anne Liebig. Loving grandfather of Zachary and Anthony. Jerry had worked for A&P Food Stores in both Jersey City and Bayonne, as a butcher for 40 years. He was a Shop Steward for the Amalgamated Meat Cutters Union Local 464-A in Little Falls. In lieu of flowers donations to Hudson County Animal League PO Box 4332 Bayonne NJ 07002 would be preferred.
