Jethro Morinvil

Jethro Morinvil, age 32, of Union, N.J. went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 27th, 2023.

He was born January 23rd, 1991 in Orange, New Jersey, and lived in Union, New Jersey majority of his life. Jethro was the third child of Pastor Clerveaux Morinvil (Deceased) and Marie Yolene Morinvil.

A man with a servant's heart, Jethro spent time volunteering at different establishments such as Cornell Hall Nursing Home of Union, N.J.,and Greater Life Community Outreach Center of Newark, N.J. He also worked in various service jobs at schools and was soon to start one at a hospital. As a member of Philadelphia Church of God, he was praised as a passionate preacher that engaged both young and elder members through his words and visual illustrations. This year, Jethro began worshipping at Legacy of Glory Ministries of Union, N.J.led by Pastor Gabriel Leaonard, seeking a place to grow more in Christ without any language barriers.

Always in deep thought, Jethro journaled faithfully. He was a prolific writer of poems

and essays. He loved music of various genres. Jethro was also an avid fan of Marvel and Dragon Ball Z. However, his greatest focus was to be and live as a man after God's own heart, looking forward to the day of Christ's Glorious Coming!

Called to Heaven before seeing that day, Jethro is survived by his mother, Marie Yolene Morinvil, and his 10 siblings, Kerone, Cleveland,Jisca, David, Jokebed, Jemima, Joram, Yoline Shama, and Grace. Jethro had one niece, Brielle Dorcely, and two nephews Esteve Levi Val and Clerveaux Cornelius Alexandre. He also had three brother-in laws, Wilbert Dorcely, Esteve Val, and Rodney Alexandre. We must also mention his only living grandparent, Oricelle Clazil, and his various aunts, uncles, cousins throughout the United States, Canada, Haiti, and Spain.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 8th at Mount Olives Church of God, 24 Cleveland St., Orange, New Jersey, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held in the church from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery, 1621 Stuyvesant Avenue, Union, at 11:30 a.m. (Located directly across from the funeral home.)

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Union Funeral Home - Lytywn & Grillo, 1600 Stuyvesant Avenue, Union, N.J. In lieu of flowers to make donations to a charity or a church in his memory
