It is with great sadness to announce that Joseph Alexander Guaman passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 22, following a car accident. He was born to Jaime and Carmita Guaman on August 15, 2000 in Newark, NJ. Joseph is survived by his parents; his sister, Thaiz Guaman; his brother, Alejandro Guaman; his maternal grandparents, Julio Padilla Sr. and Griselda Medina, and his paternal grandmother, Maria Morocho. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jaime Guaman Sr.
Joseph was an Economics student at Rutgers University who was immensely passionate about financial markets. He was President and Director of Rutgers Investing Club, Founder of a startup business, Traders Capital, and a former Equity Trading Intern at a proprietary firm, SMB Capital.
Joseph was one of a kind. He was humble, polite, and softly spoken. He always had a brilliant and warm smile on his face. Joseph was Christian and attended Skyline Church in Bloomfield, NJ. He was a generous young man who was exceptionally thoughtful and kind-hearted towards others. He was goal-oriented and highly driven towards self-improvement and achieving success in his career. Joseph dreamed of attaining enough financial success to be able to provide for all his loved ones and generations to come.
Joseph will be dearly missed and live in our hearts forever.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Thursday morning gathering at the Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. then to Skyline Church, 498 Watchung Ave., Bloomfield for an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service.
Mausoleum Entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
