Loving grandfather of Jennifer Umana and Robert Tapanes.Cherished great grandfather of Anthony and Freedom Figueroa and Samantha Rowe. Dear father in law of Robert (Rocky) J. Rowe, Sr. Joseph was retired from Maplecrest in Union where he worked in customer service. He was an Army veteran serving during the Korean War.
