Joseph W. Lorent

Joseph W. Lorent passed away on February 10, 2011. Visiting will be at Levandoski Funeral Home 44 Bay Avenue Bloomfield on Sunday February 13, hours are 2 to 6pm. The funeral will begin at the funeral home at 9am on Monday morning. The funeral mass will be at Saint Valentine Church, Bloomfield at 10am. Entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery Mausoleum, Bloomfield. Joe was the husband of the late Adele (nee Zytkiewicz). Father of Joseph (Barbara), Sharon Carr (Quentin) and the late Fred Lorent. Brother of Vincent, Henry and Eugene. Grandfather of Christian, Corey, Ryan, Jamie and Riley. Greatgrandfather of Lucas, Logan, Leah, Jadyn, Chase, Madelyn, Patrick, Isabella and Kaitlyn. Joe had started working at Johnson Forging Works Inc. 70 years ago. Eventually buying the business and becoming owner and president. Still working almost every day until just recently.
