Julie Jezek

October 3, 1919 — October 10, 2018

Julie was the beloved wife of the late Clement; the devoted mother of Stephen Jezek and wife, Sandy and Anna (Dolly) Santangelo and husband, Andy; the loving grandmother of Jennifer Sikora and husband, Doug, Steven Jezek and wife, Jamie and Andy and Anthony Santangelo; the cherished great grandmother of Nina and Mia Sikora and the dear sister of the late Sue Steinberger and her sons, Bobby and Stephen. Born in Podkylav, Czechoslovakia, Julie came to the US in 1937, settling in Newark, where she lived for the remainder of her life. She was a member of Lodge 60, the Reed Street Senior Citizens and the Ladies Altar Guild of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Union. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Julie's memory would be appreciated to the Ironbound Rescue Squad or to the Compassionate Care Hospice, 1373 Broad St., Suite 306, Clifton, NJ 07013.
