Leonid Carnett
February 21, 1930 — May 18, 2018
Leonid was the beloved husband of Luba; the devoted father of Ludmilla Luchek and Jerry Carnett; the loving grandfather of Samantha, Marissa, Leonard, Holly, Natasha and Ilanna; the dear brother of Lucy Hryniczak and the late Nina Hayduchok and the special uncle of Nina Lauria, TJ Kostecky, George Hayduchok, Leonard Hayduchok, Nina Hall and Leon Hayduchok. Leonid retired as Senior Environmental Specialist for the Department of Environmental Protection of the State of New Jersey. He was the choir director at Holy Ascension Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Maplewood for many years.
