Linda Lane of Manhattan, formerly of Jersey City, passed away on February 14, 2016. She was born and raised in Jersey City and daughter to the late Thaddeus & Helen (nee: Kopcko) Lane. Linda was a certified teacher, and received her Master's Degree in Psychology from The New School for Social Research. She was a guide with the Port Authority of N. Y. during the construction of The World Trade Center. She had an editing service and enjoyed writing short stories. Linda was a beautiful, kind, caring and generous woman. She loved volunteering her time. She adored her family, friends, and Cuddles. She will be missed by all. She is survived by her sister Merrie Sucato and her husband Pete of Leonardo, N.J., her brother John Lane of Old Bridge, her nephew Peter and his wife Kirsty, her great nieces Zoe, Stella and great nephew Peter K. Sucato, of Locust, N.J. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, March 4th at St. Agnes Church, 103 Center Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ. A Cremation Service will follow privately.
