Linda S Trainor

Linda S. Trainor, 67 of Union, entered into eternal rest on March 16, 2022 at Overlook Medical Center, Summit. Born March 5, 1955 in Newark, she was raised in Irvington and lived there for many years and raised her family there before moving to Union. She was employed by the Union Shoprite for the past 13 years. Linda enjoyed the simple things in life, spending time with her family and basking in the sun any chance she could at the Shore. She is the beloved mother of Lisa Ramirez (the late Adolfo), Suzanne Artiles (Carlos), Sharon Trainor & Lena Melendez (Luis), cherished and loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday, March 21, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Union Funeral Home, 1600 Stuyvesant Ave., Union. Cremation was held privately.
