Lois M Melvin age 77 of Union died on Friday April 6, 2012 at St Barnabas Hospital Livingston. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service on Thursday April 12, 2012 at 10:00am at the Union Funeral Home Lytwyn & Lytwyn 1600 Stuyvesant Ave Union , NJ followed by a burial at Cresthaven Cemetery Clifton , NJ.Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Born in Newark NJ, Lois lived in Union for many years. Lois was the Owner of Stuyvesant Ave Delicatessen and Catering for 12 years. prior to that she worked for Cafe Mozart. Wife of the late John T, Lois is survived by her loving sons John and Stephen and his wife Karen, her grandson Stephen William, and her beloved dog Shelly. In Lieu of flowers donations will be accepted to St Huberts Shelter 575 Woodland Ave, Madison, NJ
