Luis G. Almeida

Luis G. Almeida, 75 passed away on August 27 at Alaris Health Care in Cedar Grove. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral on Friday, August 30 at 9 AM from the Union Funeral Home-Lytwyn & Lytwyn, 1600 Stuyvesant Ave., Union with the funeral Mass at 10 AM at St. Joseph the Carpenter Church, 155 E. Fourth Ave., Roselle 07203. There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-9 PM. Luis was the devoted father of Luis P. and his wife, Elizabeth and Mauricio V. and his wife Anna, the loving grandfather of Michael, Antonio, Alyssa and Arianna, and dear brother of Jorge Almeida, Elvia Almeida de Montalvo, Cesar Almeida, Nelson Almeida, Alex Almeida and the late Hugo Almeida. He is also survived by his ex-wife Zoila Almeida. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to a charity of your choice.
