Margaret E Stecyna

Margaret Stecyna, wife of deceased husband, Alex Stecyna, has passed away early morning July 8, 2019. She was born December 16, 1929, raised in Newark, NJ. she is surveved by 2 sisters, Maureen and Lorraine, and a deceased brother, Edward. She and Alex lived in Edison for many years then built a house in Jackson to live out their lives. She is also survived by her children, Alexander and Mary, and 5 grandchildren. Her daughter Mary has two daughters, Kristina and Jacqueline Bogdan. Son Alexander and wife Michele have 3 children, one boy and two girls, Nicholas, Samantha and Alexa. Margaret has lived in long term care facilities, diagnosed with dementia and then Alzheimers. She expired in Absecon Manor under the care of hospice. Viewing will be at Lytwyn and Lytwyn, Union Funeral home in Union. Thursday, July 11, 5pm to 9pm. Mass for Margaret will be Friday, July 12 9:30am, at St John the Baptist Church, in Newark. After Mass, she will be laid to rest next her husband, Alex Stecyna, in Bound Brook.
