Maria Malyszka

Maria Malyszka, 93, died on October 12 at her granddaughter's home in Neshanic Station, NJ. A private funeral was held on October 14 at St John's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Newark with burial at St Andrew's Cemetery in South Bound Brook. Maria was the beloved wife of the late Andrej; the devoted mother of Erich Mayer and his wife, Barbara and family, the late Maria Suchomel and her husband, Franz and the late Irene Smoliniec and her husband, Bogdan; loving grandmother of Ericka Suchomel and her husband, Brian and son, Junior, Monica Sherry and Erich Mayer, Jr.; dear sister of Magdalena Blasi with her family of Germany and George Mayer with his family in Germany and the step sister of Erwin Heinrich and family. Maria came to the US in 1951, settling in Newark. She lived in Irvington before moving to Neshanic Station. She worked at General Electric in Newark for 30 years, retiring in 1984
