Mrs. Mary Ann Collins of Bloomfield passed away on December 9, 2014 at the age of 82. Visiting hours are 4 to 8pm on Thursday evening at Levandoski Funeral Home 44 Bay Avenue in Bloomfield. Mary Ann was the beloved wife of the late Douglas Collins(1996), loving Mother of Donald (his wife Judy) and Daniel (his wife Patricia). Dear sister of Joan Hartwig (Walter), Janet Castimore (late Robert) and the late Charles Kluxen (late Joan). Grandmother of Brittney, Douglas, Kurt and Kristina.
