Michael D Henderson

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Michael Davis Henderson on December 3, 2021. Michael was born on September 3, 1991.  He was the first of my three boys. As my first born, he has always held a special place in my heart.  Michael had a loving, caring, and comforting presence. His gentle soul would light up any room he walked in. His smile was unforgettable. He was very proud of his Italian and Guyanese heritage. Michael loved life and was learning so much along the way.  He loved and was deeply loved by his brothers Brian and Nikolas. They meant the world to him.  His passing has left a hole in their hearts that will never be filled.  Michael had so much left to do on this earth. His light was taken too soon.  He has left behind lots of relatives and friends to mourn his passing. We have to hold on to our memories of him as that is all we have left.  We are thankful for all of you who took the time to call, send text messages, words of condolences, and for your continued prayers. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.Michael’s unexpected passing has left us in a state of shock.  We now find ourselves in a situation that we were not prepared for.  We are trying to find a way to pay for all of the expenses that come along with this sad occasion, all while having to deal with this great loss.   We would love to give Michael the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.  With a grateful heart, we are reaching out to our family and friends to ask for your help.  Please donate  if able, to help cover the cost of Michael’s funeral services and final expenses. Whatever you can give will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance for your contribution.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Union Funeral Home, 1600 Stuyvesant Avenue, Union, NJ.  A Celebration of Life will take place between 2 p.m. & 3 p.m.  Cremation to be held privately
