Michael George Gnad

Michael was the beloved husband for 33 years of Theodora "Teddie" Gnad, nee Furda. He was the devoted father of Michael Gnad, Jr and his wife, Dorothy, and Timothy and Christopher Gnad and the loving grandfather of Sean, Scott, Timothy,Jr., Adrian, Jacob and Daniel. Michael is also survived by brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces and nephews and his beloved pet Yorkie Terrier, Little Lizzie. Michael was employed by the Irvington Board of Education as a teacher for the past 39 years and has lived in Berkeley Heights for the past 33 years. Michael was deeply loved by all who knew him-family, friends, fellow teachers, students, neighbors and especially Little Lizzie. They all had a special place in their heart for Michael. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or the Humane Society would be appreciated.
