Nilda N Colon

Nilda Nelly Colon, 68 of North Bergen, formerly of Jersey City, entered into eternal rest on October 12th at Hoboken University Medical Center. Born in Puerto Rico on June 28, 1948, Nilda was a homemaker who devoted herself to loving and caring for her family. She is survived by her children: Diana Aponte, Miguel Aponte, Juan Santiago, Emily, Santiago & Wanda Gonzalez, her siblings; Carmen Alicia Colon, Carmen Antonia Colon & Edwin Colon. She is also the proud and loving grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 16 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 44 Bay Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. A Catholic Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at East Ridge Lawn Cemetery, Clifton.
