Ofelia Gomez

Ofelia Gomez, 85 of Jersey City, formerly of Colombia, entered into eternal rest on December 11th at Christ Hospital, Jersey City. Born September 8, 1932 in Marinilla, Colombia, she lived there all of her life until recently moving to Jersey City two years ago. She was a homemaker, devoted to caring for her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Pioquinto. She is the cherished mother of Martin, Gustavo & Fabiola Jaramillo, loving sister of 6 and proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday morning, December 14th from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 44 Bay Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish (Immaculate Conception Church) 30 N. Fullerton Avenue, Montclair, NJ. Cremation will be held privately.
