Olha T. Prokopiw-Jaremtschuk Grandmother of four, 67 Olha T. Prokopiw-Jaremtschuk, 67, succumbed to her battle with cancer on Dec. 31, 2016, in her home in Johnson City, N.Y. Visitation is Saturday, Jan. 7, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Union Funeral Home, Lytwyn and Lytwyn, 1600 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, N.J,. Olha is survived by her sons, Adrian and Roman Olesnyckyj; son-in-law, Tom Kuddar; grandchildren, Matthew, Daniel, Roman Kuddar and Liam Olesnyckyj; brothers, Myron and Michael Prokopiw and sister-in-law Irene Prokopiw, and their respective children. She was predeceased by her daughter, Michele Kuddar, in 2006.
