Paul Zeliff Jr

Mr Paul Zeliff Jr. passed away suddenly at his home on August 15, 2012 at the age of 85. The visiting hours are 2-4 and 7-9pm on Friday at Levandoski Funeral Home 44 Bay Avenue in Bloomfield. The funeral will begin at 8:30am on Saturday morning at the funeral home. His funeral mass will be at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield at 9:30am The interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery Bloomfield. Paul was the beloved husband of the late Ellen (Randle) Zeliff. Loving father of Patricia Giordano (her late husband Stephen), Paul Zeliff (Rose), Mark Zeliff ( Joanne), Christopher Zeliff, William Zeliff (Karen) and Karl Zeliff (Carol Ann). Brother of Florence Peters. Grandfather of Stephen, Robert, Jordan, Timothy, Daina, Michael, Sarah and Justin. Paul was a proud Navy Veteran of WW2 serving in the Pacific Theatre, honorably discharged Petty Officer 3rd Class Electricians Mate. Paul worked for PSE&G out of Irvington as a Chief Underground Mechanic. Working for 33 years he retired at the age of 63. He had also worked for Westinghouse in Bloomfield.
